Prices in CAD. No sales tax is charged. 'From' means the final price depends on scope — you'll have it in writing before we start, and it won't change unless the scope does.
Questions
About the price.
Is sales tax included?
Prices in CAD per month, no sales tax charged.
Where a sales tax applies, it is added on top of the price and shown as its own line on the receipt, never taken out of the plan. If you are registered you claim it back as usual.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged: there is no card on file during the 14 days of Complete. Your advisor asks you what you want to do, and the account keeps working while you decide.
If you do not carry on, you get 7 more days with a warning before booking and chat switch off. The panel stays open to look and to export, and your data is kept for 30 days after that. Deleting it is always a human decision.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any month, up or down. The new price applies from your next renewal and nothing else moves: same data, same booking page, same history.
How do I cancel?
Tell your advisor. There is no notice period and no penalty: the service keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.
After that the account is suspended, not deleted. Your data stays for 30 days and export keeps working the whole time.
What does paying yearly change?
You pay 10 months instead of 12. Nothing else changes, monthly stays available, and there is no lock-in either way.
How much do text reminders cost?
They are included in the plan that carries them, capped at 200 a day per business so nothing can ever run up a bill. The carrier cost is a few cents per message and DeMark adds no margin.
