How it goes

    A call about what you actually use

    Half an hour on what you run today, what your clients expect and what you would keep. If DeMark is the wrong fit we will say so on that call.

  2. 02

    We import your clients

    Export what you have as a spreadsheet and send it over; we import your clients from it. We work from your file rather than handing you a format to match.

  3. 03

    You check it before anyone sees it

    Services, hours, booking page, reminder wording and templates are set up with you. Nothing is public until you say it is.

  4. 04

    You switch the link

    When you are happy, you point your site, your Instagram bio and your Google profile at the new booking page. Your advisor stays with you through the first weeks.

Importing from a spreadsheet

Clients come across from a spreadsheet: whatever your current tool exports, or the file you already keep.

  • We import your clients from a spreadsheet — names, emails, phone numbers and whatever notes you have.
  • We do not promise a magic format. Send the file, we look at it, and we tell you what will come across and what will not.
  • Past appointments and invoices from another tool usually stay where they are. Keep the export; you own it either way.
